What You'll Do
* Conducting technical field surveys to determine optimal site locations
* Developing detailed system design criteria and equipment specifications
* Evaluating equipment for compliance and assisting in procurement
* Leading multiple projects of varying complexity and size
* Ensuring compliance with SHEQ obligations, OH&S systems, and WSP's Code of Ethics
* Building strong industry relationships and fostering client-focused solutions
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to business development initiatives
* Preparing high-quality proposals and technical reports
* Promoting a culture of innovation, quality, and strategic thinking
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
* Chartered status (CPENG and RPEQ) – desirable
* 6–10 years of experience in telecommunications or related engineering fields
* Proven ability to manage risk and apply safety-in-design principles
* Strong track record of delivering cost-effective, high-impact client outcomes
* Exceptional communication, self-awareness, and adaptability under pressure
* A "best for business" mindset with a focus on quality and cost
Experience mentoring others and contributing to technical capability building.
