Job Description:
You will be responsible for having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
You will support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products.
You will complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
You will provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
