Key Responsibilities of the Role
This role requires an experienced professional to oversee the performance and compliance of both company-owned venues and franchisee operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing venue performance in line with budgeted targets, focusing on achieving key metrics.
* Conducting regular venue audits, reviewing financials, and coordinating local area marketing initiatives.
* Training staff and operational systems while driving innovation and efficiency in daily management.
* Overseeing new venue openings and managing staffing and recruitment processes.
* Working closely with franchise partners and venue managers to maintain high standards of operation and customer service.
Requirements for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in multi-site venue management, including experience in compliance, staff management, and financial oversight.
* Skills in reviewing and managing performance data, including stocktake reports, labour costs, and sales figures.
* A keen eye for detail, particularly in operations and marketing initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to motivate and train staff.
