This hands-on position will cover recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring policies and systems run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
 * Act as trusted advisor for HR matters across the organization
 * Deliver end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and cyclical activities
 * Implement programs that support organizational growth and evolution
 * Champion a culture reflecting our values and high-performance standards
 * Identify opportunities to enhance processes and employee experience
 * Ensure compliant pay, time, and attendance
Requirements
 * Proven experience in HR generalist roles with hands-on delivery
 * Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
 * Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance requirements
 * Skilled at building relationships, influencing leaders, and applying HR practices pragmatically
 * Passion for fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures
