The role
As a Butler, you will deliver exceptional standards and outstanding service to VIP guests every day. This role involves planning and coordinating food and beverage service, handling guest requests, maintaining villas, and using problem-solving skills to address operational issues. You will work closely with a range of departments to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every guest.
This position is being offered on a part time basis, guaranteeing
***** hours
per fortnight.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Provide a personalized, engaging, and professional service to all VIP guests and gaming patrons
Anticipate and respond to the needs of guests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver a tailored and memorable guest experience
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Villa department, including food & beverage and event services
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is handled with care and attention to detail
Assist with villa event setup, service delivery, and guest reservations
About you
You'll bring the following:
Extensive customer service experience, ideally in a luxury hotel or VIP service environment
Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining food and beverage service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of food and beverage service
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
Hospitality qualifications and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate preferred
Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (Preferably OPERA)
