This role combines managing digital records, documents and general administrative tasks with assisting in marketing activities such as preparing email campaigns and digital materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise digital records, documents and general administrative tasks
* Assist with marketing activities including preparing email campaigns and digital materials
* Participate in weekly online sessions to stay aligned with company goals and develop product knowledge
* Respond to enquiries and provide clear timely information to those interested in our programs
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of full-time experience in administration or a related field
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills and a friendly professional manner
* Ability to use tools such as Zoom, email platforms and other basic online systems
* A proactive approach to managing tasks and completing projects
