Job Description
Randstad is currently seeking reliable and hard-working labourers/Trade assistants to join our team across a range of civil construction and parks & recreation projects. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and thrive in a team environment. Key Responsibilities
* Perform general labouring duties on-site including site preparation, clean-up, and manual handling
* Assisting trades people
* Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation at all times
* Assist with site preparation, construction, and maintenance tasks
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
* Participate in day and night shifts as required Requirements
* Proven experience within construction or landscaping
* Must be physically fit to perform labour-intensive tasks
* Pre-employment physical assessment and drug & alcohol test
* Willingness to work both work days and weekends
* Valid white Card and drivers licence Benefits
