About the role
We are seeking experienced Cabinetry Installer for site and a Cabinet Maker for the factory to join our team based at Hi-Tech Joinery in Luscombe, QLD. These are full-time roles, Installer position will involve the installation of quality custom cabinetry at job sites, ensuring a seamless and professional finish for our clients. Cabinet Maker for Factory position requires a qualified tradesperson to construct cabinetry ready for installation.
What you'll be doing
INSTALLER
Carefully handling and installing cabinetry at various job sites
Fit cabinets, drawers, and other joinery products to ensure a precise, secure fit, ensuring a smooth installation process
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with any other duties as required to support the cabinetry installation team
FACTORY
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail proficient operation of tools and equipment safely, efficiently and carefully
Duties include all facets of Cabinetry construction/ manufacture (mostly residential)
Assist with any other duties as required to support the cabinetry team
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Cabinetry Installer/ Cabinet Maker
* Strong practical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing cabinetry (Installer position)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication
* Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
* A valid driver's license (manual an advantage)
