About the role
We're seeking a highly skilled Vacuum/Hydrovac Truck Operator to join our team at City Country Coastal Hydro Excavation in Goulburn, NSW. As a full-time position, you will play a vital role in our construction operations, operating specialised vacuum and hydrovac trucks to safely and efficiently execute a range of excavation and utility services across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Operating vacuum and hydrovac trucks to safely and effectively locate, expose and excavate utilities and other underground infrastructure
* Ensuring all works are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and client specifications
* Performing routine maintenance and inspections on assigned vehicles and equipment
* Maintaining detailed records of all work undertaken
* Collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality excavation services
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Vacuum/Hydrovac Truck Operator, preferably within the construction industry
* Comprehensive understanding of safe work practices and ability to operate specialised equipment in a safe and responsible manner
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate complex work environments
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
* Current Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence and relevant plant operation certifications
