Role Purpose
Support the Finance team by managing invoices, payments, reconciliations and reports, helping the Leader of Finance keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Accounts Receivable:
Send invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, reconcile ledgers, assist with management reports.
* Accounts Payable:
Process invoices, purchase orders, payments; maintain records; support monthly/quarterly statements.
* General Finance Support:
Bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, ad hoc tasks, and process improvement ideas.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
* Comfortable with accounting software (Xero, MYOB) and Excel.
* Proactive, assertive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Fun, personable, team-first mindset; high integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
* AR/AP or general accounting experience.
* Certificate IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent is a plus.
* Experience in fast-paced environments; returning to work candidates welcomed.
