ICT Desktop Support Role
This role is for an ICT Desktop Support specialist who will provide face-to-face end-user support to employees. The successful candidate will be the first point of IT contact located in buildings across NSW.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote and guide clients on how to follow processes and provide technical support for IT issues.
* Provide face-to-face support to clients including VIPs and answer questions.
* Assist with technology issues and set-up in meeting rooms.
* Identify and report major incidents, ensuring they are raised through standard channels for analysis and resolution.
* Deliver great service to clients, resolving their issues quickly.
* Build relationships with clients while advocating for process adherence.
* Identify areas for process improvement to enhance client services.
* Negotiate timely resolution of incidents and service requests, coordinating activities across stakeholders.
