About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead our Michael Kors team at Harbour Town Adelaide. We are seeking a driven, self-motivated leader with a strong background in clienteling and retail management.
Responsibilities
* Drive business development and implement key strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage the customer database.
* Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and housekeeping.
* Organize and execute in-store promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management (premium/luxury experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of specialty retail, including visual merchandising and store operations.
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in retail systems.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to maintain long-term client connections.
