We now a Assistant Branch Manager opportunity for you to join our Acacia Ridge team on a Full-Time basis.
About the role:
The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Branch Manager and is responsible for supporting/driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.
What your responsibilities will be:
* Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
* Supporting the existing customer base
* Assisting the Branch Manager with oversight of sales and warehouse operations
* Working with the Branch Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
* Support the Manager to achieve Branch sales targets
* Leading and inspiring a team to achieve branch target
* Being a champion for safety
What you will bring:
* Leadership experience, preferably within the automotive industry;
* The ability to meet and exceed performance targets;
* Exceptional customer service skills and be able to build strong; relationships with others
* Be able to motivate others and lead by example;
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise what needs to be done;
* A natural collaborative working style; and
* A current drivers licence (essential).
