Financial Bookkeeper Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, and general ledger reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile daily bank and sales data for all business sectors
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Administer payroll for the Australian entity, including superannuation and staff leave pay
* Reconcile general ledger accounts
* Provide daily sales reporting
* Lodge BAS and PAYG returns
* Prepare end of month reports
* Collaborate with accountants on EOFY tasks
* Generate ad hoc reports for management as needed
* Manage inventory levels
* Integrate software systems between inventory and accounting
* Provide general operational and office support
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in small businesses
* Recent Xero experience
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Desirable: eCommerce trade exposure, but not essential
* Must have the right to live and work in Australia
