Technical SAP Business Analyst - 19-month Contract - State Government

Hays has partnered with a state government entity to appoint an SAP S/4HANA Payroll Technical Analyst to an initial 19-month contract + extension.
Your new role
In this role you will be required to:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payroll system requirements.
* Analyse and document payroll business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
* Assess, document, and streamline payroll workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
* Enhance payroll systems and processes for efficiency and strategic alignment.
* Assist in designing payroll workflows and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to have:
* Extensive experience in HR/Payroll migration and transformation projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially in payroll.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record in service delivery.
* Goal-oriented and outcome-driven mindset.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a 19-month contract within a great state government organisation where you will be compensated at an attractive hourly rate of up to $145/hourly + superannuation dependent on experience.
