About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Lead to deliver and optimise marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is all about bringing strategy to life through a data led approach to campaign delivery. You'll lead end-to-end campaign delivery and execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are effective, compliant and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do
Lead the delivery and ongoing optimisation of marketing campaigns aligned to agreed strategy and priorities
Develop campaign objectives, target audiences, channel mix, messaging approach and measures of success
Translate campaign direction into clear briefs for content, digital and agency partners
Coordinate delivery across owned, earned and paid channels
Manage multiple campaigns concurrently, maintaining visibility of timelines, dependencies and risks
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer insights to identify and inform optimisation opportunities and support continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness.
Manage and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure quality, consistency and value for money
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal and IT to ensure campaigns are compliant and operationally ready
Contribute to improving marketing processes, ways of working and delivery cadence
What you'll bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives across multi-channel and digital environments.
* Strong understanding of campaign fundamentals including audience segmentation, messaging, channel selection, funnels and measurement.
* Ability to interpret campaign performance data and customer insights and apply insights to improve outcomes.
* Proven experience briefing and managing agencies and other external suppliers.
* Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
Qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
