We're looking for a warm, sharp, and solutions-focused Account Manager / Customer Success Manager who can keep our clients happy, engaged, and referring like crazy.
Linked VA is an Australian-based agency that provides virtual assistants from the Philippines to small business owners across the globe. We're a fast-moving team that values honesty, initiative, and getting sh*t done. We have a small team in our New-Farm based office in Brisbane, but over a hundred VA's and support staff in the Philippines and around the world.

Full time
$80,000 AUD per year
Fully Remote

-Client retention and satisfaction

Responsibilities:
-Run onboarding calls, handover calls, check-ins, and exit interviews (using our process)
-Act as the main point of contact for your client portfolio
-Coordinate with recruitment and sales to ensure a good VA-client match
-Support clients through any changes, issues, or upgrades
-Proactively seek repeat sales, referrals, and testimonials
-Troubleshoot any bumps in service and liaise with internal teams to resolve them
-Provide clean, concise notes and updates in the CRM after every call (Monday.com)
-Support the wider team with admin and ops tasks (calendar management, inboxes, reporting, etc.)
-Be professional, punctual, and presentable on every call – always
-Help us improve – we love people who suggest better ways to do things
You're perfect for this if you:
-Have experience managing people or accounts, especially across virtual teams
-Are confident in tough conversations but stay warm and professional
-Know how to multitask without losing your cool
-Love solving problems before they turn into fires
-Have experience (or interest) in HR, especially recruitment, training, or performance support
-Know your way around Google Sheets or Excel and Monday.com
-Can communicate clearly and concisely, in writing and on Zoom
-Are coachable, resilient, and genuinely want to grow with us
