Practice Manager
As the operational backbone and culture champion, you will drive excellence and foster a positive clinic environment.
* Lead a team of GPs, Allied Health professionals, nurses, and support staff.
* Manage daily operations, including finance, human resources, legal, and procurement.
* Maintain RACGP Standards for General Practice.
* Act as complaints officer, manage incident reporting, and resolve business interruption events.
* Review and implement service-based rosters.
* Provide statistical and financial reports.
* Ensure clinic Accreditation.
