**The Duties**:
Some of your actual duties will include;
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting with Sales and Property Management enquiries
- Updating their database
- Uploading new property listings
- Assisting to prepare advertising invoices
- Managing various filing systems
- Other administrative tasks as required

**The Requirements**:
To be successful for this role it is essential you possess...
- An excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- A strong sense of professionalism
