Claims Administration Coordinator

ReAssured Restoration & Cleaning Services is a well-established restoration company
servicing the Fraser Coast and Wide Bay Burnett region for over 10 years.
We specialise in emergency response work for the insurance industry following events such as floods, storms, cyclones, fire and water damage.
We are seeking a highly organised, independent administrator with claims-style
experience to manage job coordination and client communication in a fast-paced, time-
critical environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in claims, scheduling, job coordination or
insurance administration who is confident managing urgent workflows and communicating
compassionately with distressed clients.
Please note: This is not a junior administration role. It is best suited to someone with
experience in insurance claims, job coordination, scheduling, or trade-based
administration who can confidently manage workflows from first contact through to job
completion.
The Role
As the central coordination point, you will:
* First point of contact for incoming calls
* Manage incoming claims and job requests
* Managing emails, calendars, bookings and priorities
* Coordinate technicians, trades and bookings
* Maintain accurate digital claim and job records
* Liaising with clients, insurers, assessors and service providers
* Prioritise work based on urgency, KPIs and claim requirements
* Preparing documentation and correspondence
You will be trusted to work independently, make decisions within established procedures,
and escalate where required.
Skills Experience
* Previous experience in insurance claims, restoration coordination, trade scheduling or job management
* Excellent telephone communication with a calm, compassionate manner
* Strong ability to manage urgent, high-volume workflows
* Advanced diary and calendar management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Ability to summarise and document claim-related information accurately
* Experience with job or claims management software (highly regarded)
* Restoration or trade-based industry experience (well regarded, not essential)
Technical Skills (Intermediate–Advanced)
* Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
* Microsoft Word & Excel
* Confident navigating software systems
* Strong typing speed and accuracy
* Ability to document calls and update systems while on the phone

Requirements
* Current C Class Open Licence
* Own reliable transport
* Clean driving history
* Ability to pass police check, medical, drug & alcohol testing
