Accounts & Payroll Administrator
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Payroll Administrator to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our business. This hands-on role is vital in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance administration.
Reporting directly to management, you'll play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing employee payroll, and supporting the wider team in maintaining effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process weekly payroll, maintain employee records, and manage leave entitlements
* Enter and manage accounts payable and handle supplier queries
* Raise and track customer invoices, manage receivables, and follow up payments
* Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and maintain accurate financial records
* Support general administration, reporting, and process improvements
Requirements
* Experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general finance admin
* Proven experience in a similar accounts or payroll position
* Knowledge of payroll legislations
* Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
