The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Engineer should have:
* Proven experience as a full-stack .NET engineer (C#), working across both legacy .NET Framework and modern .NET in production environments.
* Strong hands-on experience refactoring and improving legacy codebases, with a focus on lifting code quality, reducing technical debt, and improving maintainability.
* Demonstrated experience supporting or delivering on-prem to Azure migrations, with a solid understanding of modern cloud-based architectures.
* Practical experience working in event-driven, containerised environments, including the use of Kubernetes, monitoring, and alerting.
* Full-stack capability, with backend experience in modern .NET and front-end experience in Angular, plus a willingness to adapt to React or Blazor as the platform evolves.
