Are you our new Assistant Cafe Manager at **Trader & Co - Brisbane Airport**?
We are looking for a leader with:
- Solid café/food service experience 
- Strong communication 
- Professional presentation standards 
- Experience training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control, and merchandising 
- A passion for coffee and coffee-making techniques 
- Confidence using Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams 
- Knowledge of regulations relating to food safety and confidence training teams in food safety standards 
- Maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency 
- Experience with stock handling processes
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate outside typical business hours. We are looking for someone who is reasonably flexible with availability as trading hours will fall outside normal business hours.
