Graduate Sales Executive - AdTech role at
Rokt
. Sydney-based opportunity as a Junior/Associate Account Manager to join the Advertising sales team. Provides critical operational sales support to a senior sales leader with mentorship and ramp-up path into enterprise adtech account management/sales. You will be the strategic right-hand to Rokt's Commercial Director for Advertising sales, focusing on administrative and operational pillars of the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless deal execution, CRM hygiene, and key client communications. This isn't a typical high-volume business development role and offers a chance to embed into the enterprise sales cycle and build foundational skills to become a quota-carrying seller.
Responsibilities
Deal & Account Administration: Support the enterprise sales cycle through meticulous deal administration, contract management, and coordination of internal resources to enable a smooth process for clients.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain data integrity in the CRM, track deal progression, manage pipeline updates, and generate reports for visibility to the sales team.
Strategic Meeting & Calendar Coordination: Proactively manage calendars, schedule strategic meetings with key prospects and enterprise customers, and ensure participants are prepared with necessary information.
Enterprise Ad Sales Ramp-Up: Shadow and learn from the Commercial Director for Advertising Sales, participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and deal negotiations to develop commercial acumen.
Strategic Outreach Support: Assist in crafting and executing strategic warm and cold outreach campaigns to high-value prospects, supporting pipeline generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Sales, Legal, and Operations to streamline the closing process and ensure smooth handover for new clients.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Adtech/Ad sales is not essential; you will be trained and provided with knowledge and tools to succeed at Rokt.
Prior experience in customer or client-facing roles (Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Service, etc.).
An interest in building a high-velocity career in sales.
Background in related industries (AdTech, MarTech, digital agency, media, etc.) or tertiary education in marketing (highly regarded but not essential).

Pay range
Target total compensation ranges from $115,000-$125,000, comprising a fixed annual salary of $75,000-$85,000 (including Super) plus quarterly bonuses and an employee equity grant plan (RSUs). Benefits include gym, phone and tech allowances, breakfast & lunch daily, and more. Equity grants are issued in good faith and are subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
