What You'll Do:
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure your team is motivated, productive, and customer-focused.
* Train and develop staff to achieve excellence in customer service and pharmacy operations.
* Implement and monitor pharmacy policies, procedures, and compliance standards like QCPP.
* Plan and execute promotional activities to maximize sales and community engagement.
* Develop strategies to drive sales, monitor stock performance, and improve GP%.
* Ensure our store shines – think clean, tidy, well-stocked, and inviting
