Financial Capability Support Specialist
This role entails delivering personalized financial education, coaching, and budgeting guidance to empower individuals in taking control of their financial futures.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and deliver tailored financial literacy programs catering to diverse needs and preferences.
* Create case plans that consider cultural, social, and mental health factors to ensure holistic support.
* Foster collaboration with financial counsellors and health professionals to provide integrated support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree or higher in Community Services Work or related field.
* Financial literacy education units: CHCEDU005, CHCEDU006, CHCEDU007.
* Valid driver's license.
* Experience in financial literacy, facilitation, or group work.
