Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic and high-performing finance team? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Brisbane office on a 9-month contract, supporting our Government & Defence business unit. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Use SAP S4HANA to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and troubleshoot system issues. Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment queries and maintain strong relationships. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Collaborate with internal teams across procurement, finance, and operations. Support audits and ensure adherence to financial controls and statutory requirements. What You'll Bring 2-3 years' experience in a high-volume, multinational environment. Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA or similar large ERP systems. Understanding of GST and financial compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Why Join Us?
