Working within our Sales Execution team, you will gain hands‐on exposure to the full lifecycle of high‐value customer orders across mining and construction equipment, while building a strong foundation in commercial operations.
Roster: 5 days, 8.5 hours per day
This is a detail‐intensive, process‐driven position where accuracy and organisation are essential. You will play a key role in coordinating and administering sales activities, ensuring contracts, pricing, and delivery requirements are accurate and aligned.
What You'll Do
* Own the administrative coordination of sales contracts, including machine orders, pricing adjustments, and documentation.
* Validate and reconcile key commercial data such as costs, margins, invoicing, and asset tracking.
* Support the end‐to‐end order lifecycle from contract creation through to delivery and final invoicing.
* Manage multiple systems and datapoints to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
* Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
* Track order progress and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely delivery and strong customer focus.
Skills & Experience
* A recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.
* A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage high‐volume administrative tasks.
* Confidence working across multiple systems and handling complex data.
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across teams.
* A genuine interest in commercial operations and learning how businesses run behind the scenes.
* No prior industry experience is required – we will support your learning and development.
