We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to provide administrative assistance and contribute to efficient operation. As part of our growth, we require a dedicated support person to manage administrative functions, maintain records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will support multiple teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining project structures in software, and preparing documentation.
 * Answer phone calls and email correspondence professionally, upholding core values.
 * Enter new projects and maintain project structures in software.
 * Prepare, issue, and follow up fee proposals; manage related spreadsheets and reporting.
 * Update and maintain multiple excel workbooks.
 * Filing drawings, documents, and approvals in accordance with procedures.
 * Purchase office consumables and amenities; maintain office cleanliness and supplies.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software.
 * Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
 * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * Ability to effectively manage your time and deliver outcomes efficiently.
 * Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
 * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
