The 2027 NextGen Leaders Program
The NextGen Leaders Program is a full-time, fixed-term (2-year) opportunity commencing February 2027.
Designed to challenge and inspire, the program offers:

* Hands-on experience in complex operational and corporate environments
* The opportunity to lead at least one continuous improvement initiative
* Strong mentoring and executive exposure

What We’re Looking For
To be eligible, you must:
* Have completed (or will complete) a minimum three-year undergraduate degree (AQF Level 7 or above) between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2027
* Hold full Australian working rights through to 2029
* Be available to commence in Tasmania by February 2027
Legal Stream Applicants
Graduates applying for the Legal stream will gain exposure to a broad range of practice areas including commercial, infrastructure, marine, property, IT procurement, HR/IR, WHS and litigation.

Legal Work Experience Placements (3 Weeks)
In addition to our graduate opportunities, TasPorts is planning to host several 3-week legal work experience placements for eligible students seeking practical exposure within an in-house legal environment.
