Park Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a strong leader to play an integral role in the exciting industry as Park Managers in our stunning south coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the park, including managing teams and operating budgets.
* Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities through innovative strategies.
* Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
* Manage financial aspects, controlling operating costs, implementing budgets and profit management.
* Ensure high standards are maintained in facilities, within budgeted overheads.
* Attend to after-hours call outs, providing exceptional service.
You'll Bring:
* A strong leadership presence, actively contributing to the organisational leadership.
* Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar fields, with practical experience in managing holiday/caravan parks.
* Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills, with excellent administration abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously, think independently and establish meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and manage them proactively, driving commercial and financial outcomes.
