As a Member Support Consultant at Goodlife Health Clubs, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us, helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The Role
The role of a Member Support Consultant is highly varied and has two clear goals:
* Achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities
* Retaining existing members through the provision of best-in-class customer service
You will be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
2. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
3. Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
4. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
5. Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
6. Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
7. Open and close the club as per the club roster
8. Involve yourself actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
9. Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About You
* Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates
* Be able to build rapport with people from various walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
* Show the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
* Demonstrate outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
* Display tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
* Show a customer-focused approach with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
