With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an experienced Foreman or a skilled carpenter ready to step up.

The Role
* Hands-on foreman role (tools + leadership)
* Run residential renovation and extension sites
* Lead a small carpentry team
* Coordinate subcontractors
* Work directly with the director
* Deliver high-end finishes on well-run sites

What We're Looking For
* Experienced foreman or qualified carpenter ready for leadership
* Strong residential renovation experience
* Confident reading plans and running a site
* Good communicator, organised and reliable
* Pride in quality, safety and site presentation
