This position offers a comprehensive scope of general practice nursing services, encompassing immunizations, wound management, health assessments, pathology collection, chronic disease management, and preventative screening.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical support to General Practitioners
* Assisting with recalls, health assessments, GP management plans, and team care arrangements
* Maintaining compliance with accreditation standards
* Supporting chronic disease management, health promotion, and patient education
Required skills and experience include:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Demonstrated knowledge of general practice nursing
* Experience in immunisations, wound care, pathology, and chronic disease management
