About the role
This role exists to build and lead a globally connected revenue engine that drives sustainable growth across ANZUK Group. You'll bring together marketing, digital acquisition, and regional execution into a single, commercially aligned function, ensuring every stage of the funnel is intentional, measurable, and continuously improving.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global go-to-market strategy across all service offerings and markets
- Own performance across the full revenue funnel, from acquisition through to retention and growth
- Improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- Align marketing investment and activity to measurable commercial outcomes
- Use AI to streamline and create efficiency and insights across systems and people
- Build scalable frameworks for client retention, engagement, and account growth
- Lead a globally distributed revenue function across marketing, digital, and regional teams

About you
- You've led a global or multi-region revenue, growth, or marketing function
- You have a strong track record of improving acquisition, conversion, retention, and growth
- You're commercially sharp and comfortable owning full funnel performance
- You've used data, technology, and AI to improve performance, efficiency, or decision‐making within a revenue or growth function
- You know how to align and influence senior stakeholders across regions
- You bring structure, discipline, and accountability to complex environments; you balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery
- Experience in a two‐sided marketplace, recruitment, or tech‐enabled services is highly regarded.
