Assistant Manager/Sommelier Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Sommelier to oversee daily operations at one of Sydney's most beautiful venues.

As Assistant Manager/Sommelier, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, training employees, sharing beverage knowledge, and providing a world-class experience to all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Share expertise on wine and liquor to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive business results
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or a similar role
* High attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve problems efficiently
* Excellent knowledge of wine and liquor
* Knowledge of WHS procedures, food allergies, etc.
* Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts)
