Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support and care to elderly clients in their homes. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients and enabling them to remain independent.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with older adults and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to clients, including tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and transportation to appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support to elderly clients to enable them to stay independent in their homes
* Visiting clients in their homes within the Bendigo community and surrounding areas
* Supporting clients with daily activities and tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* An understanding of and a passion for working with the elderly
* A registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
* Confidence in using different forms of technology such as a smartphone or tablet
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
* A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
