Front Office Duty Manager | Fulltime (Onsite) | Quest Echuca

$70,000 – $75,000 per year

Quest Echuca is a 59-room apartment hotel situated in the centre of Echuca, overlooking the Murray River Aquatic Reserve. Known for its excellent presentation and is received well by guests, the hotel is now recruiting an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our positive and passionate team. This is a live-in role, with on-site accommodation included in the salary package, and involves residing on the property while coordinating overnight caretaking responsibilities.

Reporting to the General Manager, the position involves leading the current successful and capable team. A true hospitality professional with the drive and passion to exceed targets is required for this exciting opportunity.

About You:

· Experience in leading a team that delivers exceptional guest service

· Passionate about interacting with guests and managing guest feedback

· Experience in increasing accommodation and hotel revenue

· Experience in managing distribution partners (esp. online travel agents and wholesalers)

· Comfortable with managing the hotel's front office administrative duties – including the administration of the property management system, reservations, cash handling, reception duties and accounts receivable

· Hands on leader that is a team player, reliable, level-headed and organised

· An immediatestart would be preferred however exceptions can be made for individual circumstances.

· Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
