About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to clients with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or those in need of post-hospital support
* Support clients with medication management, wound care, and other health-related tasks
* Conduct health assessments and provide patient education at clients' homes or in the community
* Work independently and make sound decisions in challenging situations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
* A reliable, fully insured vehicle and valid Australian driver's license
* Current police check (within the last 6 months) or international police check if applicable
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certificates (current)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive and empathetic approach to care
Desirable Qualifications
While not essential, it is desirable if you have:
* Previous community nursing or disability sector experience
* Training in wound care, catheter care, or PEG feeding
* Knowledge of NDIS processes and documentation
