Category Leadership Role
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of your category channel through strategic market analysis, brand management and product selection across the Australian and New Zealand markets. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies aligned with the company's vision.
* Formulate operating plans with a rolling 12-month perspective and a longer-term view of the market landscape.
* Partner with sales directors to develop business strategies that drive growth in nominated product channels.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, including Amazon, to drive business growth within agreed-upon plans.
* Ensure range selections and buying strategies are consistent with marketing requirements across all marketplace channels.
* Drive growth of the ANZ independent and small specialty store network through clear product strategies and partnerships.
