About the Role:
Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team within Adult Community Mental Health Services, where you'll make a real impact supporting adults with complex mental health needs across Canberra. Based primarily in Community Recovery Services, you'll deliver face-to-face, recovery-focused care that empowers clients to thrive in their communities. With access to strong clinical governance, psychiatrist support, and opportunities for professional development—including Clozapine training—you'll help reduce hospital admissions and improve lives. Collaborate with families, carers, and service providers, and take on a leadership role in mentoring junior staff while contributing to strategic planning and quality initiatives.
