Main Responsibilities:
* Identify new sales opportunities through law firm visits, networking, industry events, and client referrals.
* Strengthen and maintain existing subscriber relationships through regular visits, ongoing support, service, and training as needed.
* Foster customer loyalty, retention, and referrals.
* Meet sales targets within assigned territory.
* Develop sales plans identifying opportunities and challenges, establishing strategies accordingly.
* Provide customer-focused support, guidance, and problem resolution when needed.
* Gain in-depth understanding of the competitive market, aligning sales strategies.
* Effectively manage time to maximize key sales opportunities.
* Conduct training on company products and software.
Position Requirements:
Job-Specific Technical Skills and Competencies:
* Knowledge of residential conveyancing, real estate law practice procedures, and title insurance.
* Post-secondary degree or diploma, or Law Clerk designation.
* Minimum three years in business development, insurance sales, consultative sales, or legal real estate experience.
* Ability to develop and sustain long-term productive client relationships.
* Strong customer service skills including building rapport, identifying needs, and problem resolution.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time.
* Team-focused individual driven by service orientation, taking initiative, and possessing strong communication skills.
* High computer literacy.
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel, primarily within Ontario but potentially other provinces.
