Marketing Communications Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing public relations and promotional activities, including media partnerships, to support the Marketing Plan and brand positioning.

* Project management of marketing and sales activities
* Enhancing the hotel's online presence and supporting web development
* Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating marketing communication strategies
* Aligning marketing activities with luxury hotel standards
* Assisting with annual marketing initiatives
* Building relationships with journalists, thought leaders, and influencers in food, travel, and lifestyle sectors
* Managing content development across media platforms ensuring high-quality materials
* Managing crisis communications
* Overseeing the hotel's photographic library and photoshoots

A successful candidate will have:

* Experience in a similar role within a luxury environment
* Proven ability in brand positioning and marketing strategies
* Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media
* Knowledge of public relations, media outreach, reputation management, and crisis communication
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and marketing metrics
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics
