3. Maintain exceptional standards in flavors, portion control, and plate presentation across all services. Ensure consistency in presentation and flavor profiles.
4. Support, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff to foster a positive, productive team culture. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the kitchen environment.
5. Manage kitchen stock levels, assist with ordering, and contribute to effective waste-reduction strategies. Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient ordering processes.
6. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
