We're looking for a community focused, operationally savvy Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to partner with our Head Coach to lead a passionate team.
This is retail like no other - be part of a new store opening and nurture a team from day one
The RoleWe're on the lookout for a strong leader to join as a key support to the Head Coach (Store Manager), creating the best experience for our LSKD community.
Leading with our values, this role will be hands-on in developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management.This role is a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space.
You will work alongside the Head Coach to bring to life events localized to your store as well as managing the business.We get out and train together with the team each week to connect with our local community so if you live and breathe fitness, this is for you
