Our client, located in the vibrant area of Canning Vale, is currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and actioning enquiries from Transport Inbox
- Communicating with Agencies and coordinating deliveries with Contractor
- Managing Driver Fatigue database
- Keeping up to date records
- Ordering and Tracking inventory of PPE
- Coordinating miscellaneous jobs with Contractor
- Filing & Archiving
- Processing of Invoices
- Ability
- ADHOC clerical duties
**Requirements**:
- Enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to learn and mauver through various software's.
- Computer literate - especially Excel
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
