About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full operation of the Adelaide branch. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and strong financial performance, while continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Adelaide branch
* Lead, coach, and develop a team across customer service, cleaning, and maintenance
* Drive sales performance and ensure KPIs and revenue targets are achieved
* Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency, utilisation, and profitability
* Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Manage fleet availability, condition, and turnaround times
* Monitor branch performance and report on key metrics
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role
* Strong ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
* Commercial mindset with a focus on driving results and improving performance
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Experience in car rental, automotive, or a similar service-based industry is highly regarded
