Job Description
As a customer service professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
You will be responsible for performing customer sales and service transactions with accuracy and efficiency, managing high value transactions, conducting identity services transactions, promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, and assisting customers with mail lodgements.
Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance, while also building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, with the ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for their shift.
