Overview 
EnergyTec is seeking to recruit a self-motivated, ambitious, technically minded, qualified electronic equipment tradesperson. The 40:60 office/field services role entails deploying energy measurement communication setups, troubleshooting low voltage communications and security equipment. Sponsorship is available for this position if all criteria are met. 
Responsibilities 
Meter programming and diagnostic testings and validations 
Communications programming and validations 
Control board installs and repairs 
Modem inspection and repairs 
Data extraction and troubleshooting 
Repair and maintain electronic equipment in the field and workshop 
Commissioning and installing of computer equipment 
Setup of new equipment 
Provide afterhours breakdown service when rostered 
Follow Quality procedures 
Comply with all Work health and Safety and environmental processes related to the service department 
Required Skills & Experience 
At least 5-10 years' Experience in Electrical and Commercial sector as well as hands on experience with test/validation equipment, power supplies and inhouse engineering application software on PC`s is essential. 
Excellent communication skills both verbal & written i.e. Word and Excel 
Must be willing to learn and develop product knowledge.
