**ABOUT YOU**:
- Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
- Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
- Ensuring that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean.
- Treat our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming.
- Working with the chefs to ensure the kitchen operations seamless perfect before and after service.
- Assist the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
